All photography and videography services are based on the details mentioned in the quotation. Any additional service requested later may incur extra charges.

• A non-refundable advance of 30%–50% is required to confirm the booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid before or on the event day as agreed.
• Payment once made is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

If the client cancels the booking, the advance amount will not be refunded. If the studio cancels due to unavoidable circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

• Photo delivery: 10–20 days.
• Video delivery: 20–30 days.
• Delivery time may vary depending on workload and project complexity.

All editing styles, colors, tones, and effects are at the creative discretion of the studio. Raw files will not be shared unless agreed separately.

• Client must ensure proper venue permissions.
• Client must provide accurate event timing and schedule.
• Guest cooperation is required for smooth coverage.

The studio is not responsible for restrictions imposed by venues, weather issues, accidents, or unavoidable technical problems. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.

The studio reserves the right to use photos and videos for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes. Privacy requests must be informed in advance.

Coverage beyond the agreed hours will be charged extra as per the studio’s overtime pricing policy.

By accepting this quotation, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and conditions.
